Nordic Culture Point
Nordic Culture Point is an institution under the Nordic Council of Ministers that works to strengthen cultural cooperation across the Nordic region. It administers several Nordic cultural funding programmes, hosts cultural events, and operates a Nordic cultural centre and library in Helsinki. The organisation promotes collaboration, creativity, and cultural exchange among Nordic countries.
Organisation Ungt Entreprenørskap Arktis has received funding from the Nordic Council of Ministers’ funding programme Demos for project The Arctic Youth Championship.

True North – European Youth Capital
True North 2026 is the official programme marking Tromsø and Northern Norway as the European Youth Capital in 2026.
