4. Innovation Award -
The Innovation Award is presented to a youth enterprise that demonstrates creativity and originality in its product or service. The jury evaluates the enterprise based on the overall quality, uniqueness, and potential impact of its innovation.
- Innovation: How does your product, service, or business model stand out as innovative, and what needs does it address?
- Customer Focus and Market Potential: How have you adapted the solution to the needs of your target group, and what potential does it have for growth in the market?
- Testing and Results: How have you tested the solution through prototypes, pilot projects, or other forms of testing, and what concrete experiences or results have you achieved?
- Societal Value: In what ways does your solution contribute to economic, social, or environmental value?
The youth enterprise must submit in advance:
A short description (max 2 A4 pages) in PDF format containing information addressing the criteria above. If the youth enterprise has used artificial intelligence (AI), this must be disclosed in the jury interviews and in written materials.
During the championship itself, all youth enterprises will go through the following:
Stage presentation: The youth enterprise will give a live stage presentation (not a video) with an audience present at the County Championship. Maximum length is 2 minutes. PowerPoint, Prezi, etc., may be used.
Follow-up interview with the jury (maximum 10 minutes).
