⏳ Deadline for submission the competition documents for
The Arctic Youth Championship:

🇳🇴 Norway - 7 May, by kl. 12:00 (Norwegian Time) / 12:00 PM
🇮🇸 Island – 7 May, by 10:00 AM (UTC)
🇸🇪 Sverige – 7 May, by 12:00 PM (CEST)
🇫🇮 Finland – 7 May, by 1:00 PM (EEST, UTC+3)

Each Youth Enterprise must submit a document in advance containing:

A. Information about the Youth Enterprise

(Submitted once – not for each individual competition)

• Name of the Youth Enterprise, school, and educational program.

• Phone number and email address of a contact person in the Youth Enterprise.

• A short text presenting the Youth Enterprise, your business idea, and the problem you aim to solve.

• One photo of the team members in the Youth Enterprise.

• Link to your website and the social media platforms you use.

B. Written material tailored to each individual competition the Youth Enterprise participates in

(This is specified in more detail under each competition.)

Please note: All submitted materials (written content, videos, and images) may be used externally by Ungt Entreprenørskap (JA Norway) and our partners. If any students have opted out of being photographed or filmed, they must not appear in the submitted materials. It is possible to reserve against such use in the registration form.

🤖 Use of AI tools

If the youth enterprise has used artificial intelligence (AI) as a tool in its UB work and in developing the solution and related materials (e.g., business plan, interim report, marketing materials, video, image, design, coding, etc.), this must have been done in an open, responsible, and ethical manner. The youth enterprise that has used AI must disclose AI use in jury interviews and in written materials.
