Respect and diversity are fundamental values that strengthen our community. Ungt Entreprenørskap aims to create an inclusive and respectful atmosphere for all participants at our events. We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, culture, or religion. We expect all participants to treat each other with respect. Any behavior that violates these principles and our guidelines will be taken very seriously.

If cases of discrimination, racism, or other inappropriate behavior occur, Ungt Entreprenørskap will take the necessary steps to handle the situation. This may include immediate sending home at the participant’s expense, notifying the school, and banning the participant from future Ungt Entreprenørskap events. We encourage all participants to report any incidents of unwanted behavior to the organizers so we can act quickly to maintain a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

The County Championship is a drug- and alcohol-free event lasting two days. Anyone found consuming alcohol or misusing drugs during the event will be sent home at their own expense at the earliest opportunity.
