Health, Environment, and Safety

Health, environment and safety during
The County Championships for Youth Enterprises 2025

If something happens to you or someone in your youth enterprise, it is important to contact the person responsible for health, environment, and safety (HMS) where you are. This also applies if you have any questions or notice something suspicious or strange.

Respect and diversity are fundamental values that strengthen the community. Ungt Entreprenørskap (Young Entrepreneurship) strives to create an inclusive and respectful atmosphere for all participants at our events. We do not tolerate any form of bullying or discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, culture, or religion. We expect all participants to treat each other with respect. Any unwanted behavior that violates these principles and goes against our guidelines will be taken very seriously.

If cases of discrimination, racism, or other inappropriate behavior arise, Ungt Entreprenørskap will take the necessary steps to address the situation. This may include immediate sending home at the participant's expense, notification to the school, and exclusion from Ungt Entreprenørskap's future events. We encourage all participants to report any instances of unwanted behavior to the organizers so that we can act quickly and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

The County Championship is a drug-free event that lasts for 2 days. Individuals who drink alcohol or abuse drugs during the event will be sent home at their own expense at the first opportunity!

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Take care of each other.

👩‍🚒 Fire Safety

Make sure you know where the hotel and shopping center's escape routes and assembly points are. Information about escape routes will also be provided from the stage during the event. Remember to never block an emergency exit with luggage or other items. The responsible teacher will count the students during an evacuation if necessary.

In case of fire at Radisson: If the fire alarm goes off, all doors in the main hall will open automatically. The emergency exits are the entrance door as well as extra doors in each corner of the event hall, totaling four emergency exits. All emergency exits are clearly marked with visible signs above the doors. In case of alarm, everyone should evacuate quickly and follow the instructions from staff in yellow vests, who will guide you to the assembly point outside the hotel at Smørtorget. The responsible teacher should ensure a roll call at the assembly point.

In case of fire at Jekta Storsenter:
There are two assembly points: one behind the stage (assembly point C), and one outside at the main entrance (opposite side) (assembly point A). There are additional assembly points, but we ask you to go to these after you have exited the building. The responsible teacher should ensure a roll call of their students.

In case of fire at accommodation:
Follow the fire instructions at the accommodation.
