Frontrunner Rogaland

Complex challenges in the workplace require interdisciplinary processes. The Frontrunner internship is an initiative between the University of Stavanger (UiS) and Vår Energi. The students will work in interdisciplinary teams on a real, multi-complex problem presented by Vår Energi, which is relevant to the entire oil and gas sector.

Through the program, we facilitate process work, development, and knowledge sharing across industry players, sectors, knowledge environments, institutions, and fields of study. In 2025, the Frontrunner internship will run for 12 weeks, from August 29 to November 14.
