SALES FORCE kurs Mars-April 2022

SalesForce er en verdensledende bedrift innen salg og kundeopplevelse løsninger (CRM løsning), som har kontorer i 28 land, med over 9000 ansatte bare i Europa.


SalesForce ansatte melder seg på for å holde kursene etter deres kompetanse og interesse - uansett hvor de sitter i verden! Derfor blir alle kursene på engelsk, selv om det er fullt mulig at det er ansatte i Norden som dukker opp.

Tidspunkt
Kursene er digitale, fra kl 14-16 CET.
Det er begrenset kapasitet 25 deltakere per kurs, men det er satt opp samme kurs to ganger.

Intro to design thinking

+Description - An introduction to Design Thinking, including the double diamond, convergent and divergent thinking, empathy mapping, problem definition, user-centric design, ideation/brainstorming, prototyping and testing.

+Description - For many consumers, an understanding of the processes of products reaching them is unclear. This session explains the steps of buying and selling products and how businesses and jobs fit into that.

Making an elevator pitch

+Description - In professional environments it is important to be able to deliver ideas, or messages concisely, whilst making sure the most important details are included. You will learn how to develop an elevator pitch and get buy-in from stakeholders.

Building a personal brand

+Keywords - Personal Brand, Work Readiness, Networking, Trust

+Description - A first look into the importance of brand, how you are perceived and how what you do impacts on how others see you. We will take a look at the brand of people in the spotlight, think about why brand is so important to a business and how that translates to individuals.
